Account Director or Group Account Director

• Smart, very strategic, big picture brand person who loves the business
• Strong general market and multicultural market background
• Shopper Marketing experience/digital CRM good to have, not a must
• Strong understanding of and interest in digital and social media overall
• MBA ideal but not a prerequisite
• P&G experience invaluable
• Strong client skills and a great communicator
• An excellent manager and strong people skills – a great collaborator
• Experience leading multi-functional, integrated agency teams
• Knowledgeable about brands, what they are, passionate about growing them
• Strong writing skills
• Salary commensurate with experience
